VH1 and 1984 have been sold on lots of formats, yes, but people still bought them. They obviously liked the albums enough to pay for them again and again -- doesn't that say an awful lot about the quality of the albums? They've sold 10 million because they're freakin' fantastic.
And, yeah, Sammy is pretty much unknown in this country. DLR is much more famous here.
