Well, fuck him then!
The organizers at the Moondance Jam jumped the gun promoting Dave would be playing as they were in negotiations but no contract had been signed.
They put in small print on the web page that * All bands and times subject to change without notice.
They are still promoting that David Lee Roth will be playing but they have changed his time from 9pm to 7pm.
The organizers are the ones people should be Pissed at as they know damn well Dave will not be playing there yet still advertise as he will.
I guess they figure as long as they have the small print it is OK to trick people into believing he will be playing.
