Obviously you guys have been waiting much longer than I. I have recently discovered the GREATNESS that is CLASSIC (Roth) Van Halen. At least you guys had a chance to see them! heh.

It still disapoints me as much as you guys though. They wasted so many years fucking around with this half-ass replacement. The music they made with Hagar belongs in an anger management class, not on my radio.

If i wanted to jam songs about love, I'd flip on some Al Green. When I want songs about feel-good partying and sex. I reach for the six pack or any DLR solo album.

Dave is just straight additude, and swager. Sammy couldn't sing the scum off of a $0.02 cent whore. The guy trys to copy dave and it FAILS! BADLY at that! I have never seen such a shitty attempt of a high kick since my first year in karate, years ago!

I gave both "types" a chance too. It took 2 songs of Hagar's to prove to me that the "pep", and all out rocking of the REAL Van Halen, was done with after Dave.

All of you Hagar fucks can't honestly tell me that Hargar's shit is better than Dave's. LOL where the fuck were you rasied? All hagar did was hold back the progress of one of the greatest axe men ever!

Sammmy will always be the guy that brought EVH to his slow painful death. If you don't have that leader (Dave) pushing your band to do more and more, better and better, show, show and more show......you have NOTHING!!!

The recent tour has totaly proved it. It's just not the same!

Wake up EVH!!!! Get DAVE BACK IN!!! I WILL BE THERE!!

if the boys wanted to work VH would have been together longer. like dave said leave the VH name intact. they should have had a different band name when sammy came in. Daves idea anyway to use VH when ed siad it would not work. why taint a band name. the public is so confused over who VH is they have totally lost their identity.

So true, I also think if Dave would have stayed with the group they would have sold way more albums than they did with hagar ,look at 1984 Van Halens biggest selling album, Dave was in all his glory on that album than he had to split because the sisters got to lazy to do another album and tour what a bunch of losers and they have the balls to bad mouthing Dave for leaving.
