    Somebody who knows him, tell Dave I'll make his site 10 times more interesting for 2 grand! (one shot only, no maintenance at that price)

    Or alternatively, will do work for a Sony Grand Wega LCD 42 inch projection TV (about 2 grand !)

        Hard to say. Haven't been on Dave's site for about 2 years, now.

        At one point he had a bunch of vid clips from the Bar-B-Que on it. Last time I was there it had a Van Halen comic book on it ("Me like pancakes!!)

        Haven't bothered with VH's website in years.

        Far as I'm concerned, this site is DLR's official website.

                A couple of things here...

                The last time Dave had a regularly maintained site was when Slawterhouse ran the damn thing...and the infamous TK...aka The Keepers...

                you remember the big orange piece of shit...

                That was nothing but trouble...

                I don't think Dave gives a shit about his official site...likes it being fucked up...and KNOWS there is a site putting out any message that he wants right here...

                The great thing about it is that we are the best Roth site of all time...and to boot...can be in essence the "official" site without all of the official bullshit...

                Dave doesn't surf the web...but knows about the Army...has met SARGE...and I'm sure because of it...doesn't worry much about all the extra-curricular bullshit that we're able to do...that he doesn't have time for...want to pay for...or frankly need...

                            Yeah. I'm not even sure Dave would approve of some of the shit in here...the excessive fighting (), and even the Sam-bashing. Somehow, Dave likes bashing Sam to a degree, but if you take Sam or Eddie-bashing too far, he just looks at it as a waste of time.

                                Right now...we can do basically anything we want that doesn't touch upon copyright issues...

                                Being an official site means we'd have to cowtow to probably not Dave...but Dave's management team...

                                and with that would come changes...major changes not here in the forums for the most part...minus the download forum...but the rest of the site...

                                right now...WE are the difinitive Roth site...when people check out shit about Roth...they come here...

                                and if not here...roll over to Von's site...

                                but the Roth Army is really the Roth Name Brand...we've been here for six years...and have a following unlike any other roth site...

                                and we don't have to answer to anyone...

                                        Yeah, and I don't think Dave's management would be as fucked up as those pricks at the Pleasure Dome were to VH fans (no, I'm not dissing you, SHARK). I think VH's management was run even more like a fucking gestappo outfit (do they even have management right now?).

                                        VON's site is cool...just obviously not as grand and not the rep. But that's totally cool and it's good for what it is. Lots of great folks modding and posting at that place.

                                        Tell ya one thing (and not to take away from Brett), Roth has more a more dedicated internet network paying tribute to him. Meanwhile, when the Pen took THREE LOCK ROCK over to Sam's forum, every time I posted there, there was nobody else online. It was so fucking quiet...

                                        Dave was pretty cool with things like DaveTV...so personally (and maybe his management), he wouldn't give a shit about our downloads. The interviews? I don't think there's any legal shit on those either.

                                            Well...I can say that there WERE issues with this site being the official site...or with the Roth Army management team running the official site...IE...what we could put up...or what we would have to take down...

How many times has BRAD STARKS hinted at all the things he would LIKE to do with VH's site but can't because pretty much everything is their say? Mind you, I don't think he has ANY creative decisions at all.

                                                    his following is either Van Hagar fans...who then decided that Hagar was worth a damn (you see...before that...he didn't register on the radar because people that listened to music actually listened to rock and roll...not rock your boyfriend back and forth fag music)

                                                    or a few 60 year old fags with blond willowy hair that like drinking Tequila that TASTES GOOD, and flicking lighters to faggot songs...

                                                        What gets me sickest is how he plays his songs like they're fucking classics. I mean, lighters coming out for WHEN EAGLES PISS? That fucking song is not only horrible, but I bet it's almost never been played on the radio in America. So who are all these bumfucks with the lighters? Lighters usually symbolize a special moment...a big song.

                                                        I don't know about the States, but up here, I've never fucking met anyone that has respect for (or even listens to) Sammy Hagar (solo). As for VAN HAGAR, I've met one idiot that preferred it. He was our guitarist in my band for a short while...but we soon kicked him out. I can't say it was because he preferred BALANCE to 1984, but that couldn't have helped.:p
