Seriously, Dave should have input, but I'm guessing since he had no say in the content of the BOV1 or BOBW projects, he's got no legal basis to interject himself into any future CVH reissues or releases. Somehow I get the feeling that Dave signed away some control over how CVH music was packaged, possibly around the point he left the Warner Brothers label in the mid-1990s. Perhaps something else screwy transpired around the time his royalty percentage on CVH sales was reduced, and he wasn't minding the store or didn't consider the Van Halens would end up owning a larger portion of influence over how the name Van Halen was marketed and sold........Roth alluded that he didn't find out about any of that until a few years after it happened, so who knows what other alterations transpired without his being aware.
