Then... All of a sudden Eddie Van Halen and Michael Anthony start posting on the board trying to make us see "The error of our ways" in our posting and our opinions on the VH legacy.

From the Van Halen tribute sites and oficcial sites we can all plainly see that none of the band (including Dave) ave ever been active (or interactive) posters of news on websites.

Why choose the Rotharmy?

If Eddie Van Halen decided to post news about a new album/Box Set it would be highly unlikley that he'd do it here. It's unlikley that Michael Anthony would join the Rotharmy under his OWN name to tell you the truth behind the writing of certain CVH songs.

On the flipside however, i could be wrong and these two people could be EVH and Michael "Shlub" Anthony! If they are, plase prove it to me, i'd like to be proved wrong on this.

But, i'm probrably right, and these people really have taken the joke too far!

Only Roth would look here to see if anyone still cares about him...which I do not they anyone does..

Yep, fuck Ed, fuck Al, fuck Mike, agreed. That goes regardless of if Classic Van Halen ever gets back together again or not, 'cuz even if that reunion actually did come to pass and yielded some spectacular results, still wouldn't erase the fact that the Van Halens and the bassplayer are all douchebags. It's all moot anyway, because Ed.........well, that dude doesn't look like he has much longer to go anyway. The thought of him and his neckbraced brother trying to put out enough effort to pull off a CVH reunion and flopping is both comical (because of all the 'Dave's washed up and wouldn't be able to pull it off, he needs medication' bullshit they've been spouting in the press for the last decade......was a bunch of manure back in 1996, even more so now) and saddening, because of what CVH music has always represented to me.

Considering what has transpired under the Van Halen name since 1998, Ed and Al would have been much better off doing a full-length album and tour with Roth in 1997, then retiring the name. Seems they decided to drag themselves through the mud instead. Oh well. Fuck 'em. Ed, Al, Mike and Sammy deserve each other.
