The reason David is not back with Van Halen yet is because, well, Eddie Van Halen is a fucking lunatic, Alex Van Halen is a control freak, Van Halen isn't a real band anymore and they can't get along or agree about things anymore. Moreover, David is comfortable doing what he's doing, and he's happy, so why would he want to leave that behind to go running with a pack of lunatics who are just going to make his life miserable again?

At his age, I had a 600 page finalized novel finished. My first, anyway. Granted, I never DID anything with it, but the fact that I could actually DO IT...well...I never took it for being anything special, per se; but it really scares me to think of what the world of IMs has done to the younger generation and what the result would be if they attempted it...lmao

i agree bob,Dave is better then the sisters he doesn't need them,i'd love to see a van halen reunion with Dave but not if it's gonna bring him down........he seems so happy he doesn't need them....i've seen bootlegs of Dave and his band in 2004 they kick so much ass...right now brian young is playing better ten Eddie!!!!!!!and besides Eddie is a drunk and Alex is an asshole,i have no respect for them for what they did to Dave.fuck them both!!!!!!!!!
