knoxville was a writer for a skateboarding mag and thats how he met bam and the rest of the guys. i have no doubts that they re-shot the CKY stuff. that is painfully obvious if you have ever seen any of those dvd's. i was a fan of bam's show during the first season. everything else seemed to scripted for me.Comment
