                            I actually found Diamond Dave in my "local" Record Shop.

                            I was quite amazed..

                                I have the DLR Band cd in my truck right now. I listened to Black Sand this morning. I like the song. The sound is...I don't know...haunting? That's just my take...

                                            Black Sand is def. weak in my mind. I guess I figured Dave could do something a little hard driven, but yet still considered a ballad. Its good. Its just not Angel Eyes "good". But cuntpared to Van Hagar... Yup. Everything Dave does is gold. Taking a shit. Picking his nose. Wiping the white crust from the corner of his eyes is FAR more entertaining to me than anything Van hagar did from 1986 and on.

                                                    LOL DLR BAND is what VH would sound like if they were still together. Perfect album. Weakest effort, but not really weak just too slow for my liking, is Bland Sand.
