        calm down folks...the VMA's made everything but the REAL thing impossible for the future...the "new" album (if it's not a greatest hits) will not sell up to 100.000 except ed and al buy them...and I don't see a second greates hits hit much more than that either...last one sold one million and had two new dave tunes on it...sam has always sold less so how should it reach that mark...

                    you got me wrong, pojo...after the VMA's where we had the REAL thing back for a moment...the magic of the original van halen...anything else but the original lineup was impossible to be successfull after that...and will be...believe me, time will tell...

                        I find it funny that Hagar fans believe there's gonna be a full house every night. I suppose by "doing well" you mean if they look out from the stage and see alot of people that will make it successful. As it was stated above, "grading on a curve" is the only way this tour will be successful. If they're not fucked up on his tequila, all those people they'll see in the audience will be a bunch of hairy fat chicks that make it look like its a full house because they take up all the fucking room, singing every word of "Why Can't This Be Love" right back to their favorite leprachaun.
