it could all be bullshit, but then again i think this is true. Probably because the source it came from, and 2nd it wasen't earth shattering news like, "Van Halen is recording with David Lee Roth" or "Van Halen is touring with Roth in 06" So, i believe a lot of the stuff that was told to me for the most part

I know that it won't go down well and honestly I don't care one bit. The fact of the matter is this, some fans are DLR fans and some are Sammy fans. I on the other hand am a VAN HALEN fan. And Van Halen didn't die (Thanks to Sammy Hagar might I add) the day that the almighty DLR decided that Edward, Alex and Michael were just his backing band and that he was going to venture out on his own and be even bigger than he was in Van Halen.

In 1985 David Lee Roth QUIT Van Halen. That has to go down as one of the stupidest things ever done in the history of rock and roll. In 1996 DLR jumped the gun and thought he was back in after recording two songs for The Best of Volume I package.

I love everything about Van Halen but regardless of where I am posting my opinion (even if it is unpopular) about matters related to DLR, whether it be here or at www.vhlinks.com I will not censor myself in order to protect those who still wear spandex, have mullet haircuts and are simply ignorant.

By the way, I wasn't ripping on Dave per se, I just think that he has looked and sounded better. But I thank you for the "fair warning". Peace.

I've said it, and i'll say it again. As soon as dlr "know's" there is a reunion. He isn't gonna blow his voice on solo show's, and secondly he will be in full force for a reunion tour. If he need's to do a little vocal training, i'm sure he will do it. If he needs to work out (which he doesn't) the man will be in top form. Trust me, he will go all out for this, and the media will eat it up. Unlike the spam reunion last year. Anyway, let's try to get back to topic hahaha

One more thing.. If you were dlr in 1985. Surrounded by women, gettin laid constantly, your life is a huge party. You put out a couple songs and they sold really well. Also, you got your own special on MTV. When mtv was in its prime, and you had a boat load of cash. Add to that, that you are in your prime. The rest of your band is MIA. After a couple of try's to work with them failed. Would you stay, or keep going, because your hot at the moment. Anyone would of done what dave did in a heart beat!!!!! He didn't leave for no reason, and NO he didn't want to become a movie star. The brothers made that up, just like they made up that sammy quit the band to do his solo thing. They always have covered tracks, to keep a fanbase. I really think we need to give ed that lie detector test hahahhahaaha anyway try to get back to topic hahaha
