I can't read Japanese, but Toshi's site seems to indicate a Hideous Sun Demons show on Aug 30..look under 'schedule'..

I don't know what time you guys left, but a monster t'storm started around 11:30 am.

Zoe and I headed to WalMart for ponchos and towels. We pulled into the main parking lot (at the ticket gate) about 1:00 to find people practically swimming. The water in the parking lot was knee high. The streets were a mess, people were soaked to the skin. We sat in the car and listened to the radio, kinda hoping that the show would be called off. I wasn't looking forward to finding out if 'rain or shine' really means that. It finally stopped raining about 2:45 and they opened the gates at 3:00. We got in about 4:15. Billy Talent's stuff wasn't even set up yet. Keep in mind, gates for Kid Rock were supposed to open at 6:00. BT finally hit the stage at 5:20 and tore it up HUGE for 60 minutes. This was my third BT show and they're fun every time. I think Ben actually said 'Fuck' more than Dave did. We were back in the car at 6:25 and left very quickly. God only knows what time KR fans got in.

Zoe was quite happy to see her name mentioned, and her picture, on these hallowed boards. She was especially happy that you guys spelled her name correctly.

All in all, a great rock and roll weekend.
