Is that the real Dave that replied to the lawsuit article?
JUst noticed that under the link to the Baltimore Orioles article that Dave made a reply about not being associated with the lawsuit. It sounds like Dave, but anyone have any thoughts?

David Lee Roth here. Just to let you know I am in no way associated with the band calling themselves "Van Halen" who are involved in the lawsuit mentioned on this website.
I would appreciate it if you would remove any photographs with my image, as anyone who really knows me knows that I have nothing to do with "Van Hagar", and it is Edward The Great and his Merry Men who are involved in legal fun and games with the Baltimore Orioles organization.
Apologies not withstanding, Baltimore has a fantastic ball club, and I want it to be known that it is Van Hagar's problem, not mine.
