Naaa, if it was inherited then it probably has some sentimental value to it.
I have an old Martin acoustic packed away in the closet like that, but it has deteriorated so much that it needs a total overhaul.
It has some stress cracks on the top and all the hardware is rusted.

It'll most likely end up at my daughters house when i'm gone.

It's fucked up, that thing just sat around for the longest time. I posted some story about trying to master the old "John Law" riff on it really drunk...I had that amp cranked up to ten like in CDWILLS sig and pretty much damaged my hearing. The little woman came out there and said some shit and I couldn't hear her. The next day she's all like, "that's pretty good, pretending you can't hear me when you were just standing there."

My wife used to get pissed because she would try and wait until i stopped to speak. but if i knew she was going to bitch, i just kept playing, lmmfao.

It was a sad day when she learned not to fear the circuit breaker, which by the way isn't good when your amp is cranked and she throws it back on....OUCH!
