Who is David publicist? His manager few years ago was Eddie Anderson
but I read that they ended up in Court few years ago.
If you have an address as well great! If not thank you anyway.
It's so sunny here in London that I had to put on my sun glasses I just can't believe it!!!

Eddie Anderson, was Daves right hand man for many summers.
