I'll tell you what, Thats what I thought might be going on when the official VH site first put up that new graphic of the Van hagar logo over top of the old school red striped design. I thought it might be both of them, so Im not giving up hope that Az cardinal is right. I know it wont happen, but i will lie to myself for a couple more months.

Also Im not buying tix to Van Faggot, but if dave does show up my ass will be on ebay, paying top dollar, or in the show parking lot kicking someone's ass and stealing their tickets if I have to.

Not a big forum 'type' guy, but here goes...

I live outside Minneapolis where the VanHagar show sold out in less than four hours at the new Excel Energy Center. For those of you unfamilliar with this venue, it's new, large, and beautiful.

The latte-drinking, biscotti-eating crowd thatbought out this show are simply trying to relive their youth, which is hopelessly lost.

I on the otherhand, began scouring the 'net for any hint of Roth in the works. NADA.

The show was promoted as "VanHalen Reunion" on the local stations (rock and classic rock.)

However, after the show sold out, I heard an insidious ad on the radio...

The ad started "VanHalen Is Alex (drum solo), Micheal (bass solo), and Sammy (vocalized scream like uno mas tequilla shoved up his cuolo)... but NO MENTION OF ED !!! it's like they purposely left him out of the commercial. I think ED's OUT for at least this stop!!! I wonder if anybody else has picked up on this?
