Are all Casino gigs $180 now!!!???

Last time I was in Tampa was 2002 when I paid $100 to a scalper agency for second row at the arena for the Roth Hagar tour. That may have been each or for 2 tickets can't remember. Either way I remember thinking it was a crazy mad bit of extravagance.

I can't really say if $180 per ticket is the base price or not re: casino gigs.

I can't even really say what concert tix are going for in general terms as of 2025, since the last concert I saw was ...what? Kenny Loggins and Pablo Cruise in 202 ...2?

No, it was late summer/early fall of 2023. In an amphitheater. For MAYBE (if memory serves) $75 a ticket and that was all charges and taxes included.

So, I dunno. Maybe the economy HAS tanked that badly in the last 20-odd months, but still, Roth solo in 2025 starting at $180 per ticket - and I don't even think THAT price was inclusive of fees and taxes - and I saw that other tickets for that gig depending on seating jumped from the $180 price to the mid-$300s ending as high as nearly $800 a ticket. And these weren't ticket 'broker' prices, either.
