I think it's a smart move. Dave is in his 50's and his best rock and roll days are behind him. I would love to see Dave become one of the country's top radio personalities. Just because Dave is doing a radio gig doesn't mean he still can't do some shows. Why can't Dave do both?
I love Dave as a rock and roll frontman but he's also the funnest guy on the radio. I see it as a good thing.No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!Comment

Why not? WTF! I don't have shit to listen to here in the D.C. area. Elliott in the morning sucks, didn't really care for Howard and don't care for the DJ's from 98 Rock in Baltimore(ever since Lopez died they suck) Dave oughtta be a nice change but we'll see. He has said some of the funniest/most clever shit I've ever heard but can he do it for 4 hrs./day and 5 days/week...we'll see but I'm welcome to itThere are those that do and those that don't.
