This is not an official site. Dave says nothing in regards to Sammy on his actual site. If your referring to the Spammy unofficial site regularly visited by two posters talking to themselves, they have had negative threads in regards to Dave in the past, as does the Links which has an undeniable bias towards Sam in that they freely post insulting photoshops of Dave, but anyone saying anything remotely negative about Spam is quickly given a stern talking too...

Since the fuse was lit I'll supply the explosion. The reason a lot of here at the army don't like Sammy is very simple. The gut is plain and simply a pathetic frontman...and the way he trashed Dave in the media after the break up. Sammy did not have the popularity classic VH did back in the day with or without Montrose. Yeah he had a good pair of pipes but so does a chorus singer....you're not gonna put one of those on a rock stage are ya? The guy has NO style and no frontman ability except putting people shirts and pants on his head...looking like he just woke up...and bringing nothing but cheese to his songs. The guy walks around saying that HE is VH when the real fans know who suppiled the real talent. He knew he had some big shoes to fill but he wasnt a gentleman about it at all in the press. It was I hate Dave so now the world must hate dave too. If It wasnt for VH he being celebrating his greatest hits in small venues and bars. Christ...how many people do you know that lost there virginity to a Hagar song? Case closed....
