What's up METALCHRIS!! Just wanted to let you know how jealous I am that you're seeing Dave live! The last performance I saw of him was in the summer of 2002. It was the Dave and Sammy tour. Dave was great man. I was so impressed with how much energy he had for his age and how he owned the stage. For about 50mins he kicked ass playing the OLD SCHOOL VH songs. He opened with Hot For Teacher and closed with Jump. He even jumped of the drum riser,full split,to complete the show. That was almost 4 years ago....I'm sure he'll do just fine. Let us know how the show goes after you see it. Take care...and welcome aboard! : )

Thank you to the fine dlr fans that gave me an idea of what to expect song wise. I can't wait, will be a great show. I saw the skyscraper tour in peoria, IL. Guns n roses were listed on the ticket, but they bailed out of the roth tour and an opening slot on the iron miaden tour that year and ended up doing the aerosmith-permanent vacation tour. Faster Pussycat ended up opening most of that tour. I think it was roth and cindereally on the eat em and smile tour if i remember right. that casino in missouri roth is playing is the one over by umb bank pavilion if i am correct. We will find out soon. Praise roth eternally.

I just bought my ticket and my flight from Los Angeles to farmland to see our City Slicker ....Diamondz Dave!!! Any chance that DLRARMY members might gather before concert starts....would enjoy meeting a few of those I have occasional debates with (just kidding) - it would be great to meet my fellow DLRARMY members since we are all from the same "Semi-Good Lookin' Platoon" !!! ???

I swear I can't remember the opening act here in Nashville in 88 at all. Must've been one of THOSE nights. I do remember vividly how wild Dave was, though. What's up with no Yankee Rose lately?
