Lady, Ive heard ? and am amazed none one has offered up.

I am going to one of the shows with somebody..... If the Parole Board..?........well thats another story.

If I could i'd have a ticket at the door for ya.

Good luck, Alberta without looking at a map can't be more than 6/7
hrs to Minnesota I personally wouldn't drive 6/7 hrs unless i could make a weekend of it so I can Dig your perdicament.

I think since Infinity Broadcasting was scrambling to get someone of a high caliber to take over the Stern slot, they probably had to entice DLR with a big $$$ contract and to fit it around Dave also doing Concert Appearances.

From what I've always read, these guys crave an audience reception...it becomes an addiction to get the instant gratification of our cheers, etc. DAVE LOVES HIS FANS....

So if anything, Infinity had to kiss Dave's behind to get him to stay put in NYC for the gig.

and WHY would Pat Torpey be hired in Ray's position, if DLR wasn't considering touring anymore?????

Be positive.....it may be few concerts in 2006, but he will resume the gig if we make enough noise.

So as Buck Picasso would say "Gentlemen...Start your Engines or get me a Turkey Sandwich with Swiis and a bucket of Tofu"....
"Meet us in the Future.....NOT the Pasture".......DLR, August '07, VH Press Conference - Tour '07-'08

I'm sure he'll tour sporadically...he seems to enjoy a live audience...one he can see.

I'd like to see 'em bring in musicians when they're doing press junkets and shit(on the radio show)...just anybody. Some impromptu "jams" with unlikely candidates would rule.

Like interviewing Tori Amos and busting out an electric piano. "Whaddya say you and me do an old Charlie Rich tune?"
        :D

Remember his ill fated Vegas set up? I'll bet Dave doesn't last over a year doin' his radio thing.. Seriously. If it ain't vintage VH it usually kinda falls away.
