DLR WAS in Las Vegas This Past Weekend

Found out that DLR WAS in Vegas this weekend...apparently it was a private affair? Not posted anywhere, unless maybe Toshi had it posted on his website?

Spoke to my friend, Albert, who was in Vegas at the time, but didn't find out about DLR's appearance until after the fact. He knows 2 people that saw the concert.

Anyone see it? Did he do the same Setlist as usual? Any surprises?

Yep. Albert R is a good friend - I met him at DLR's New Years Eve bash in Orlando this year and he is always catching every show on the planet as you probably already know...especially when it comes to DLR and Atomic Punks.

I'm even surprised he missed this one. He said he was really disappointed because he was so close and didn't know - he said he was in Vegas to catch some of the Punks shows.

I'm upset because I would have totally driven to Vegas for this rare event.

Dave's band does a lot of private gigs throughout the year,

a lot of corporate parties etc.

        Big money.

I need to get a job with one of those corporate employers....how cool would it be to have DLR at your company function!!!! Forget the bonus, just give me his concert....

I'd be a loyal employee and kiss the ground my boss walked on for that type of situation.

Must be a cool employer to hire our King for their listening entertainment. The corporate executives must have grown up with CVH to pay for DLR to Slam Dunk some great entertainment for them.

          Very cool indeed.

Hey Jero...Yes, I just sent an email to our pal, Albert R. to give him your greetings. Small world, huh?

We really should have some kind of DLRARMY Party when Sarge returns so that we can all hang out, meet and discuss the important issues at hand.....the Reunion Blues.
