I'm not trying to be facetious, but I do believe your statement was that the new album would never reach a million sales. Given that the album is still on the market, the timeframe for your bet hasn't expired. When they stop selling the new album (or it hits a million sales, whichever is first), the timeframe for the bet will expire and we'll see if I do indeed need to put on spandex.
