I think you can rest assured that DLR has a clause in his deal that will let him out for awhile to ROCK THIS FUCKING COUNTRY with the sisters and Mikey Hagar.

Every goddamn radio station that broadcasts Dave's show would have a fucking ratings BONANZA in ticket giveaways alone. Not to mention the HUGE spike in listeners that would come with an announcement of a CVH reunion.

CBS would be complete fools not to see that their radio stations would have a windfall of ratings should Dave and the Van Halens reconnect.

Maybe the sisters are finally seeing the light. From what I understand, during the last tour with Sham there was a larger crowd response to the DLR era material. You can only deny what the fans want for so long, before it starts affecting your bank account. I am sure the royalty checks may be shrinking and Valerie is asking for a nice chunk of change. Meanwhile THE DIAMOND ONE sits high atop Mt. Olympus waitng for the guitar God EVH to finally come to his senses and reclaim his throne, along side the most charismatic frontman on the planet.
