Will we ever hear from Deadward Van Halen again?

I mean Mr. Fingers.. err I mean Edward Van Halen.

Will we ever hear from him again or is he too far gone? :bottle:

    What a shame.

We'll hear from him again, it's time for another colossal cash grab.

Val took half his stuff, and Al is due for another divorce momentarily.

        What's to hear?

"Um, I put out three new songs and toured once in the last 7 years. Oh, by the way, don't forget to buy my new MXR pedal. It's got red and white stripes on it. Would have been cool if I had put it out 20 years ago, but (hic) whatever."

His Charvels are pretty sweet but we all know Ed would rather us make our own Franks. As a guitarist I find Ed's solitude SO dissapointing, wasted talent. No pun.

I personally never want to hear from him again.

After 1986, his music went steadily downhill, and I am not interested in listenting to music by a lame wannabe pop-star.

I think we'll be hearing from him when he realizes Dave is a huge success and the reality of VH's obscurity and irrelevancy hits him like a hammer.
Plus Dave has spoken to Alice. So there's a glimmer of hope fences can be mended.

If Dave's radio show takes off I can see interest in EVH increasing...whether or not he pokes his head out of his wine barrel is something nobody can predict.

It cracks me up when Dave is talking about Ed and says "my former guitarist". LOL.
