Honestly though, I found it somewhat tedious wading through STERN's show.
But for shits and giggles, I think I'll post the REAL KASEY KASAM melt down. Funny, classic, shiite indeed...Comment

I didn't think much of it when he said it, just figured Dave was frustrated with the place. But you know Howard worked there 20 years, he had a lot more history than Dave complaining after two fucking weeks.
yeah, i guess it's just all the bad reviews, combined with remarks that roth has made on the show about "still having a contract", doing the chiusano PUNKED bit, and friday when he ended the show wrong like it was just the end of a segment because he was all fired up about Iraq.
He clearly is not in party mode the last few days, he has been almost belligerently enthusiastic and has not had a lot of patience with callers.
and the sterntards arent even bothering to call in anymore really like they were the first week. he handled that shit well.Comment

Okay, this is the classic Kasey Kasem rant about a "fucking dead-dog" named Snuggles.
And you know, there's actually a little wisdom afterward by Howard....

I have the Sportster replay being the overly gay sports fan that I am.
Well the Sterntards have Howard to listen to now, I would think calls to Dave on that would slow down. That first week of the year kind of sucked, there was nothing to listen to on the way to work. I'm wasn't about to waste time with Adam Carolla.Comment

Howard Stern is such a bore!Comment

I actually like HOWARD, but there is no fucking way I'm listening to his show for four hours, I sure as hell am not paying for it to boot...
I usually listened to sports talk, or NPR news in the morning, there's only so much "naked-chick-in-the-tickle-chair" I can take, unless I'm doing the tickling....Comment

I'm a creature of habit, I've been listening to Howard since he came on here in '92 and I like having the option of listening to it if I want to. I don't know, I don't like change, and I do enjoy the music channels and all the sports shit. I'm the kind of sports fan that actually can sit and listen to the Hawks play the Bobcats on the radio. Sad, but I can.Comment

Dude there are other things to listen to on Sirius besides Howard. It's even better when someone buys you a present and pays for it for a year.
Buffalo radio is mostly shit. I mean, what can you say when the number one sports-talk (on FM no less) folds while the number two competitor (deservedly so) takes over because they had a bigger company backing them? That's not a real "free market." Corporate radio blows. For that reason alone, I considered satellite. But the real problem is twofold, the FCC, and "deregulation," which meant that like two companies could now own the entire radio market (which is practically the case here)...
Maybe if I sat in LA traffic two-hours a day, it would be different. But I maybe drive 25-minutes, tops....Comment
