Dave should Sue Van Halen for using his songs to promote Van Hagar

Hagar is not performing Dave's songs on tour, yet they are using his
songs to promote the tour ? False advertising at its worst. Dave should Sue their asses off. What the fuck is going on there ??

Well if anything Dave should be looking into suing WB for distributing this bullshit. Or whomever is in control of the marketing and advertising. Im guessing Warner though. The tough sell in all of this is, Warner may own exclusive rights now on most of the classics. Usage with some control. Bet then again, everytime they(VH, Warner) use a Dave song, they are inadvertently selling Dave. Im sure Dave is laughing two fold. 1) This band he used to belong to is so crappy, they cant even use their own songs to promote their own tour, because even they know their shit sucks and 2) Dave might be looking at a royalty pay if BOV2 has any Dave material on it. Plus, them playing his songs to promote, probably intices some people to purchase the classics, which in turn puts $ in Daves pocket.
Either way Dave is making some doe, and Van Hagar is doing all the work. I think its great. And if there are any sell outs, we will all know deep down inside, the Dave songs they used to promote this "reunion" are partially responsible for any high attendance. Dig? :D

The rights of the Dave/VH songs used for promotional, are maybe owned by Van Halen as a band not only by Dave alone, and can be use as well, btw Dave should see ca$h coming in his pocket.
The real problem is the people who will go to the show with hope to enjoy this songs because they heard it on radio.

It's absoulte bullshit and the truth of the matter is that Ed is behind it all. Everybody bends over for Ed.
