Holy Shit! Anybody Hear Dave's Last Hour Today?

Dave was talkin' about MySpace.com and had a phone call about a 19 year old girl who was stalked by someone. He talked to the mom and then the father got on the phone and went off! He said fuck and shit about a handful of times.....made death threats and Dave let the guy keep talking. It's about halfway through the hour. Fucking crazy. The FCC will have a field day with this.

I went to Dave's website. You can't download the hour you have to listen to it in realtime unfortunately. It's actually an interesting segment. Dave's already improved a ton in just a couple of shows under the "Chernoff format" to be honest with you and I thought he was terrible on Friday.

I'm gonna try and get the mp3 up tonight.

yeah it was in the last hour. I was listening to it thinking "why isn't Dave cutting him off or hanging up?" lol Then it dawned on me that this is a good way for Dave to poke back at CBS when the FCC starts fining them. :D Or maybe Dave thought he was on satellite?

Btw the phone caller sounded high on something intense. He had some serious rage and he rambled on and jumbled his words. Speed maybe does that? I dont know... Better ask someone more familiar with it... Elvis around? :D

I think that caller sounded drunk, but perhaps he had a good reason because of his daughter.

He sounded drunk and tweaked...what a combo...Notice he totally evaded the question about how said (alleged) stalker got the daughter's info...she's probably one of those "Look at my webcam" Myspace girls...

i think dave is better now too. he's so much wittier now he's got something to moan about other than evh. i mainly like the fact his friends have gone as their opinions were boring. forget about it dave!!

the podcasts are not censored, the over the air broadcast is.

Anyway, I did notice that about the caller "Dad" totally evading DLR's question. DLR wasn't able to get any straight answer from that caller. The only thing that seemed a bit coherent is when the caller realized that he was actually speaking with DLR...didn't he tell DLR he loved him!?

Everything is dandy.....since Spring has sprung, how about you and I taking alittle trip over to visit the Classic Van Halen Museum and meet Doug Anderson ? Did you watch "Early Years VH" DVD? If so, Doug Anderson, The "Docent" of the Classic Van Halen museum is the owner of it and he is a really nice guy and knowledgable since he and his brother went to school with the guys (pre-Hollywood).
