Generally when you get fired, especially in corporate America, you'll be banned from the building. They don't want you there to steal stuff or damage stuff.

As for Dave's manager, I have no idea why he would be banned.

I wish Dave would just go ballistic and tell off all of them and walk off the air. Even if he forces the pricks at CBS to fire him, they'll NEVER pay out his contract. They'll claim he violated his contract by not doing what they wanted him to, and they had to suspend him as a result. It's the same paper trail the asswipes are using to sue Howard.
