        Guitarist Bart Walsh has filed a complaint against the singer, claiming Roth breached a verbal agreement made in June 2001 by refusing to pay him a $1,500 weekly allowance.

            Dave also sang SLAM DUNK at the show I saw in High Point, NC when he opened for Bad Co. on June 23, '98.

            Incredible show.

            Roth wiped Bad Co. off the stage that nite...
