Dave said on his show if he did get canned the first thing he would do was march right over to Howard Stern and ask for a job. So yeah, that is going to be the next gig he's going to shoot for. Dave probably has a good chance of scoring it.

Unfortunately, Howard has been pretty critical of Dave's show and I don't think Dave stands a chance at Sirius. The best Howard says is "I feel bad for the guy" about being fired, but Howard and his cohorts repeatedly ripped on Dave's content (Uncle Manny, etc.) over the last 4 months.

Still, Howard has only 2 channels and there are plenty more at Sirius. Maybe someone else at the company sees things differently. I think Dave is great on the radio - better than Howard without Jackie Martling.
