Sounds like he was talking about the bluegrass, but I may be wrong...

Could have been. You never know with the "press." Especially entertainment press. They take everything out of context. However, on the flip side of the coin, he *is* due for a new album.

Dave's albums alternate between "Rock" and "Off the Beaten Path." Kind of like how Star Trek movies alternate from "Bad" and "Good."

        *ROTFLOL*

We're due for a Roth 'N' Roll album now. We know he's been recording tunes over the years with Brian Young, Ray Luzier, and Co.

Yeah, I put it up so fast, that I wasn't really paying attention. It does sound like he's talking about SWTD. Stupid press. It's a tribute album, not a solo album.

Unfortnuately he was talking about the bluegrass SWTD CD. He calls it the "great outdoor mix".
See the WB interview yesterday where he refers to it in the same manner...

Sorry, wish it was a new Diamond Dave solo CD. ... wishful thinking on this one.

I thought it was too good to be true. C'mon Dave, give me a little break!

Again... stupid press. Get your facts straight! Considering the liner notes in the CD however, maybe we *should* consider it a Dave Solo album.
