What did you think of DLR on Conan last night?

While it's interesting to see Diamond Dave play the Van Halen songs bluegrass style, I (of course) prefer the originals. Last night he performed Jamie's Cryin' on Conan O'Brien. I like the band and I actually like the bluegrass covers.

King Papa Diamond Dave vettin' up Jump and Jamie's Cryin', Southern style, puttin' the blues in bluegrass iz jus' as cool as Page/Plant hoppin' up ol' Zep material unplugged.

I belieb to my soul that D-Ro sounded steller on Conan!! He's 51, he's tan, he's rested, he's ready...ready's anybody can be-eee...well, D-Ro's ready fo' you, hope yous ready fo' he yez yez yeah nah yez yez...
