No doubt they are over those sales...

but this is perhaps the most talked about bs on the planet...
    according to riaa bullshit, vh1 10x in 1996 and 1984 10x in 1999, so 10 years and 7 years

    1984 went from 7x in 1994 to 10x in 1999, 3 million in 5 years, none since

    vh1 went from 7x in 1993 to 10x in 1996, 3 million in 3 years, none since

besides dave was quoted in 2002 as saying those albums each have sold well over 12 million

    vh1

and they were remastered in 2000, so they could both be well over 12 million

i mean really back in black has sold 21 million copies i would think vh1 would be in the 15 million range - it was selling a million copies a year in 1996

nothing against ac/dc but a mediocre catalog built on 3 good albums, black in black, highway to hell and dirty deeds

besides i look at top selling vh albums at three sites, amazon, tower records and apple and vh1 and 1984 are usually in the top 1000 and the top two studio albums of the vh catalog, always

i'll shut up, they sold a shit load of albums

album sales have obviously slowed down

besides if they toured like ac/dc and aerosmith and bon jovi the albums would have continued to sell over the years and they no doubt would be up there with the two of those bands that riaa claim have sold more albums than vh

who cares, i don't give a fuck, i'm fucking arguing with myself
