Poor Van Hagar Ticket Sales effecting inevitable Van Halen reunion

i know you all hate sam but....

im a big roth fan, but i would go see van halen just out of curiosity. everyone says they cant sell out a single show, so why they keep adding show after show?

unless they really come out with some serisly amazing new songs then they will probably bomb. you will probably see eddie once in a blue moon in some celebrity golfing shite.

Trust me...if the tour is not a sell out...it's not going to be because of this site. VH has self inflicted themselves.

THEY DID SELL OUT CHICAGO IN 4 MINUTES. AND NOW ADDED ANOTHER SHOW. BUT THERE'S TICKETS LEFT FOR THAT. THEY PLAY DAVE ERA SONGS IN THE RADIO PROMO. PEOPLE WANT TO SEE EDDIE NOT SPAMMY HALEN. GOD I HATE VAN HAGAR.

Did anyone notice that there was absolutely no fanfare in announcing this tour. Not one speckle. No press conference, no album release date or party. No Party. Nothing. Just a Pic of sammy with the boys on their website. No hype. Nothing. Nada. Ziltch.

Bad PR man. Of couse no one cares. People accept Sammy but everyone is waiting for Dave. It's that simple.

Perhaps the reuninion tour is the fanfare for the REAL REUNION. I have said it before, and I will say it again, and again, and again. My personal opinion is that Dave has been burned by these guys before, and will not allow his name to be used to promote this tour until the very last minute. No dissappointments that way.

Having a tour with both Sammy and Dave is a way to reunite both eras of fans, after which time the original four, Classic Van Halen, will go on to produce a completely new album. This faux tour is a way for the original four to make sure that can still work together for an extended period of time before promissing the fans thats what they will get.

The dream lives on...

Their legacy was on life support after the aborted reunion/ VH3 fiasco.

Now, years after the fact, their swan song is about to be performed by a pint-sized Bette Midler look-alike.
