The new album is conflicting of what he has said.

If they release material they recorded back around the

Maybe we get to here some un-released stuff.

Alright.

I didn't say The Guy wasn't legit -- just making an observation.

A new album is entirely possible at this point.

When Dave and VH got together in 2000, there has been speculation that up to 5 songs were finished and recorded, before things fell apart.

Now, I think Dave can come in and write melodies and lyrics for at least 4 more songs (music Ed, Al and WOLFIE have been working on) to make that album complete and ready for release in April.

Now, the 2000 tracks featured Mike -- whether or not that's an issue as far as releasing those is unknown.
