    That was great!!

He's likely including it in the set because of the Blue Grass version he played live a few times this year (not that Dave needs to rehearse or anything but it probably helped get the song included). I'm glad it wasn't countrified in this case but at some points I thought he lapsed into the new lyrical arrangement a bit.

That is one song that, I admit, absolutely needs Mike's background vox.

Dave's voice does sound good here.

Dave sounds great. But he is stifled by a small stage, production, sound, and band. He'll utterly explode when he hits the big stage again with REAL Van Halen with him. A whole different type of atmosphere. Electric.

              Exactly.

Which I think its a little tough to judge Dave on how well he'll do with CVH.

              Dave is gonna kick ass!

Seems like he did this in '99.

The background harmonies on this are not good at all, and I really don't like the way Dave is singing this. Guess I'm the Lone Ranger on this one.

I dont think he sounds good at all. I have heard him sound much much better.

for one hes not singing, hes speaking most of the lyrics. Dave can sound way better than that. nothing to write home about.
