Dave should kiss and make up with Ed. Go into the studio and make some kick ass CVH like music. Then get uncle Al and go on tour.
On the tour, Wolfie can operate the deep fryer, Val can hand out the slimfast and it will be one big circus.

His confidence is currently high from his current tour and the crowd response he has been getting for his better performances.
He might accept a Van Halen offer as long as it is not a joke band and the others are serious about presenting a quality tour.
Remember-his solo band has been really tight and sounding really good for some time-B. Young is really a great find for Dave and Co.

not sure EVH has any good music left in him..DLR should find a young hungry talent that can write amazing songs.... I am afraid of DLR/ED get together the songs are going to be very waek in comparison to there past work....at least now the first 6 discs leave there track record untarnished...

I would be more psyched if Dave was working with Vai, Sheehan and Bissonette...

Don't need any new music. Not considering how Ed's been writing, anyway...Van Halen 3 and the three songs from BOBW? I don't think so. Just tour the existing material, there's more than enough to choose from.
