I remember the traffic in downtown Pontiac be so SLOW...I jumped out of the car I was riding in...and ran 2 blocks ahead toa partstore...
By the time I got a case of beer...and waited in line...and payed...I walked outside...and my ride was waiting for me...in traffic...I climbed right in...

Wow, a stateside MOR? I missed it.Didn't sound very good anyway.I was on my way to Ft.Knox, Ky. March 7 '84-the first day of 2 sold-out shows for VH on the 7-8 in the 'nati.But I caught up with them in Nuremburg on the 84 MOR labor day weekend w/AC/DC

Odd how the only band to sell out 2 consecutive nights were VH and Metallica 20 years later.

You know what?I saw Condom Come w/Warrant in Louisville in '89-wasn't my idea-it was also free.We all went to a club later and there sits the lead singer by himself.So's I start "talking" to him and was promptly removed from his vicinity by some silverback gorillas.I didn't recognize him...then he told me who he was and I proceded to explain to him in a not-so polite manner that he sang like a girl.Never heard fom the band again,did we?
