    Vh I Classic Albums

Just watched Pink FLoyds classic album. Great show what a band and album Dark Side of the Moon. When they do it for VH if ever, what album will they do? I think it would have to be Van Halen I or 1984 the beginning, Eruption. And the album that crossed them over and gave them there only #1 hit, ed on synths etc. Maybe 5150, becasue of the sales and the cahnge in direction but I can't see any others. ou812, FUCK, Balance? Just don't see those albums stacking up against Back in Black, Joshua Tree etc.

I believe VH 1 is the only choice. In fact it is already glorified to the height of inspiring. 1984 was a commercial success, not an influencial album such as VH 1

True, but VH 1 had such an impact on music in general. Everyone wanted to play like Edward and look like Dave.

No question. VH 1 is the album to spotlight. It is hands down ,their most influential album. I'd love to hear it taken apart and reviewed. To hear the harmont tracks isolated or Ed's guitar would be totally cool...
I wonder if they'll ever do it ?
Trolls take heed...LOG OUT & FUCK OFF!!!

I had a band and was touring with Ted Neugent when VH 1 came out. I have to agree it really changed a lot of bands. Best new album ever!!
They don't make em like they used to.
