First off,Nice job to those posting the link to the song. The new song opens like Journey's 1982 hit Seperate Ways. Lets face it, it's just Van Hagar. It's not what we want, it's not the singer we demand. The song would no doubt have been better with the Diamond One at the helm. It's a collaborative effort and this combo just doesn't bring it. It will go down as a failure

Not The Very Best any more

Van Halen's official webmaster announced today that the double CD package we have come to know as "The Very Best of Van Halen" will instead be titled "The Best Of Both Worlds" and that the international release date has been slated for July 19th, 2004
He did not address the track selection in any further detail but a rumor has surfaced that the song list previously announced is not as final as had been announced so changes may yet be pending.
