nice addition. by the way, the purpose of the petition was not aimed at banning him, believe it or not. sure it would be great, but they can't uninvite Sammy, regardless of the feedback.

the purpose of the petition was to make a point and raise awareness.
it should be known that Sammy isn't necessarily welcome to the event just because he was initially invited.

Though it is nice to imagine it could be done, I do not believe for a second that Hagar could now be banned from the awards, which is why I said the petition "is clearly a waste of time". As I already indicated, I have voted and made comments "only for my benefit and peace of mind". Oh by the way, Hagar IS pathetic! Hopefully that comment will raise the awareness.

Im not.However, the guy who started this thread is. Sammy, love him or hate him, filled some very big shoes, and tho he will never be as cool as Dave, still put in twice the years Dave did (in dealing with Edweird). That deserves at least a little respect. He did have a moment or two musically, too. I do prefer Dave, but I call a spade a spade.
