You think Hagar would've learned of his lyrical reputation by now. The garble in "It's About Time" is cheesier stench than a hunk of Limburger -- straight outta '86.
It reminds me of ths MTV doc from '86 about Sammy joining the band. It featured a random interview with this kid with a butt cut and fledgling mustache who said this "mature" version of Van Halen coincided well with his status as a senior in high school. As ridiculous as Hagar's return.
