Excellent point. It wasn't Mike that invited Sammy back in '04. It was Al who put it in motion to Ed. Mike was an afterthought in the whole scheme of things. Mike didn't put Sammy singing Dave songs live on the last cd.


Don't get me wrong, I'll more than likely go see this. I'm almost positive I will unless it's just an absolute ass raping for tickets. But the feeling of it being anit-climactic will always be in my head.

If they do a press conference, that's a huge step from '04. I can't remember one public statement they made, much less meet the press. Except for Sammy and Al on CNN talking about how they were going into the studio after the tour...
