The 2007 'Hide Your Child' Tour

If this fucking drunk nuts look at my kid he's a lovely genius thing actually happens, there are going to be a bunch of rules under federal law.

    Rock n' fucking roll huh?

    Minimum Age for Employment:

    Hours of Employment:

    * 14- and 15-year-olds may be employed outside of school hours for a maximum of 3 hours per day and 18 hours per week when school is in session and a maximum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week when school is not in session. This age group is prohibited from working before 7 a.m. and after 7 p.m., except during summers when they may work until 9 p.m. (from June 1 through Labor Day)
No support band then and if you include the soundcheck a pretty short show....

    Hours of Employment:
Youth under the age of 16 are restricted from employment during school hours.
So only tours during school holidays. No world tour for Kiddie Van Halen.

    Hazardous Employment:
Youth under the age of 16 are prohibited from certain occupations and activities which the U.S. Secretary of Labor has determined to be hazardous. Contact the U.S. Department of Labor for more information.
    No Pyro's?

No performing with a mentally ill addict?

Is Roth allowed to say naughty words on stage?

    Cheers!

I see that law makes exceptions for "agricultural employment"..

If the rich fucks in this country can get away with writing their gas guzzling Hummers off their taxes as "farm equipment", then Eddie's lawyers will probably find a loophole which will allow them to claim Wolfie as an "agricultural employee".

For starters, they only play outdoor venues (which is likely on a summer tour anyway)

Interesting point. Kinda parallels the "will Ed get it together for this?" vibe.

              That's another story.

IMO, if this deal happens? Old #1 is in no mans land. I've had the chance to see Roth cuntractically obligated to "toning it down." Once at a family-orientated wild adventure, once @ a corporate gig. He stuck to the plan.

What will the Brother's demands cuntsist of, regarding on-stage commentary?

Will David Lee Roth not give a fuck?

Will his lawyers give a fuck?

Will t-shirt bootleggers' sell VHPG16 swag in the parking lots?

Will federal DFACS agents take cuntstody of Wolfie, citing some ancient tab-u-la-rosa?

              Who cares?

              I've already got tickets.

Not because of this tour. But maybe after he is a guest judge on American Idol.

Tito, the least talented of the famed Jacksons, may disagree.

Sorry, I thought the topic was child labor and whatnot. I thought Joe Jackson and the relationship with his famous family might be relevant.

Good to see the use of the hyphen is no longer a problem.
