    Who could support?

Who could support the band on tour in the year 2007?

I don't think they should get an older band, they should get one that will bring in some more younger people, but one that the older fans will be able to stand for an hour...

In typical VH fashion they will get one hell-of-a shitty band to open up.

They need to get someone young, but known. Someone to bring the kids in, thereby introducing CVH (!) to a new audience.

VH learned from their tour with Sabbath in 78: Never get a great opening act. VH killed Sabbath. You will also be interested to know that Van Halen also played with Sammy Hagar on that tour. :-)

                  Wrong answer.

VH killed Ozzy, Geezer, and Bill.

                  Tony Iommi is immortal.

No, I am correct. Iommi frantically tried to change his playing style during that tour. Ed re-defined "fast" guitar licks of which Iommi wasn't able to do. Iommi tried squeezing in more notes to otherwise solid solo's. Nope...the whole band took a beating.

I know what you mean, but can you think of anyone who fits the bill?

There just aren't that many straight up R n R bands anymore are there, especially up and coming ones....
