Well, I've seen more than one Van Halen cover band with a bassist who can't hit the notes...a lot of them were actually pretty good and you don't miss it that much...

Well, if there's backing vocals, maybe they'll be done off stage - that happens on occasion...
Maybe they can get Wolfgang playing off stage as well...I seriously wouldn't mind seeing Ed on one side, Dave on the other and Al up on his riser in the back center.

Well to me the kid is the question mark here. I don't think Ed will have any trouble doing his own parts, which is more of what I was referring to, sorry for not being more clear. The one thing that bothers me about this whole thing is Mike's vocals being gone. I'll certainly give him props on his abilities in that area. Maybe they'll turn it up so loud we won't notice. :DComment
