As for what Sharon the Cunt is doing, it's sickening.

It's absolutely CRIMINAL that between her and DuBrow, you can't buy ANY original recordings of Randy Rhoads anywhere on this planet anymore. I'd like to see the Rhoads estate put together a box set of everything Randy ever recorded, with absolutely NO input from DuBrow or Sharon, restoring all the original Quiet Riot recordings as well as the original "Blizzard" and "Diary". Maybe even the original live tapes that the "Tribute" album was made from without Ozzy's 100% studio overdubbed vocals.

Doubt it will happen, but it's a nice dream.
I know, fuck, and it must kill Zakk too, because he's apparently RR's biggest fan. if I was him, I'd smash that cunt's face in.
Served hot, right from the rhythm kitchen.

Man, those remixed versions of Diary and Blizzard are
          absolutely horrible.

Christ, they could stop the presses on the Bark At The Moon and it would be no loss. That album sucked.

Not saying is terrible, but he hardly stands up the muscians who've played with Ozzy over the years does he?

Well, I'm no bass or guitar player so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Are you guys saying that Mike can play bass as well as:

                    Rob Trujilo
                    Jason Newstead
                    Geezer Butler
                    Bob Daisey

                    Is he in that league?

Actually I dunno. Those guys play some seriously complex shit, while VH does not require anyone who can play above and beyond yer average bassplayer.

Well, if Ed wants to take credit for all the music, then he can also take credit for writing average basslines, so far as I'm concerned...

Just the way I see it.

I have no doubt that Michael could play their bass lines.

                          They aren't exactly virtuosos, anyway.

MA would be a great fit for Ozzy - and if the rumors of Zakk Wylde having a prominent role in the songwriting on Ozzy's upcoming release are true; I can see MA's harmonies being a big part of the mix. Actually, I think he would be a great fit.

As far as his bassplaying goes; he most certainly wouldn't have a problem playing Ozzy's back catalogue on tour if it were to happen. SOme people make it sound like the man doesn't know how to play his instrument which is ridiculous.

                                No worries.

Van Halen's music wasn't designed for the bass guitar to be anything more than a backing instrument - occasionally, there were some counterpoints in the bass and guitar parts (case in point - "Light up the sky")

Of course, thats certain to change with Van Hanson, if they put out new music - I can already hear unison riffs composed just to show everyone that Amadeus can hang with Porno Daddy...
