This is the thing about it, anyway you slice it, When Dave was no longer in VH and VH had no Dave, all these guys for the last what, 22 yrs. have been cheesing it up and trying to maintain what they had when it was the real VH.

Honestly in my opinion, these guys haven't wrote or recorded a great song since 84. Forget the EEAS stuff, it was Dave with a backup band. And all those yrs. with spamo, was VH with a singer for hire.

VH needs Dave and vice versa. Thats why he is back in the band today,

Hey I know how to convey my thoughts.Yea I get my internet privileges when I am behaving.But all kidding aside.I think these guys would do well.I think alot of people are hungry for that great rock bands that you just don't see anymore.The Who and The Stones are it and youve got Velvet Revolver which is nice to appreciate since Axel has totally gone looney.I notice the amount of people lookin at these EatEmSmile videos on the Tube.So there are interest in the general public.

The EEAS would not draw. I saw DLR April 29th 1988 at Kemper Arena in KCMO. The place was half empty and that was in his "heyday". I guarentee you that 99% of the people there had no idea that Billy
S. was not playing bass.

I believe that to be true since GunNRoses were taking the world by storm that year.I remember that just like yesterday.SanDiego has always been good to Roth he makes down to this city since he knows he has legion of fans here.But I have heard some stories on the SkyScraper tour when Billy left after the first half of the tour the seats weren't selling.

They are world class musicians and I saw them on both tours.I had just as much fun
