VH is selling more because VH owns the VH name. If Dave owned the VH name he would be selling infinitely more tickets and records than the current VH are.

i agree in part , ok dave would have never made nothin' without eddie , but also eddie never would have a legendary n' succesful band like van halen , so they both need it to do somethin' good , that's the kind of magic tha doesn't exist with spammy , that's the magic that vh lost so long time ago .
